Hero times

Could someone tell me what exact time heros are calculated? i want the extra oly points even if i have to get up at 5 am x)

WTF... we asked to GMS for HERO TIMES.. and no1 asked us.! So now.. coz I have GTM-3 and at this time I am sleeping.. I Lost Olis Points.. its not correct.. coz we answer THAT!...

Please consider making ALL DAY Sunday or ALL DAY Monday the validation period.... OR AT LEAST a 6-12 hours window...
To put this much effort to try to be hero, (and winning!), and *not* be able to get rewarded... is RETARDED. =(

30min - 1 hour at this wierd time of day (10am GMT) is not enough time for people in USA to get Oly points redeemed, without staying up all night Saturday, or waking up REALLY early on Sunday.... (A major pain for the weekend)

Another problem: Please someone post the olympiad rules, as far as subclass registration...
As far as I know, I can play 1 fight on OL, then play 9 fights on DE, and if at least 1 is a win, and I keep at least 5 points, then I can become DOMINATOR hero if I have the most points in my class...

*What I don't understand is this:* What if I want to play more fights? It would be dumb to be only able to fight 10 fights... After the first 10 fights, How many more fights do I have to play as OL before I can switch back to DE again??

Example:
01 - OL - lose
02 - DE - win
03 - DE - lose
04 - DE - win
05 - DE - lose
06 - DE - win
07 - DE - lose
08 - DE - win
09 - DE - win
10 - DE - win
11 - ??
12 - ??
13 - ??

I know if I fight #11 as DE, I switch my Oly reg. to DE, so I played like this:

11/12/13 - OL - lose/win/win
14/15/16 - DE - win/lose/win
17/18/19 - DE - win/win/win

Yes I fought more fights as DE, but I thought you had to fight ten *consecutive* fights to change how you are registered... I purposely fought on OL again so I would not mess up my OL reg, but obviously it didn't work... Since the subclass system is custom here, someone on staff PLEASE explain how this works, so we don't make mistakes in registering next time... Thanks.

Not only did I not get OL hero, I got DE hero, messing up my friend's DE hero, and could not stay awake until the validation period *5AM my time*, so I missed my 46 OLY points, plus my 180 Hero points -- That's at least 226,000 Oly tokens!! *I'm VERY ticked atm* >=(
