about spoil Empty about spoil

I am new here and my question it is if here we can spoil and drop blue mobs, this mean that we can spoil mobs lower than 9 lvl than us and same with drop ... if it is not i think will be best for server to activate will be more easy to make parts for A grade special and foe new players on server ...

you can, but % of spoil harshly decreases
thus, you cannot spoil mobs with too much level diference.
